- Step 1-Cut the Pipe
- Pipe is cut to length to meet the requirement for specific models
- Step 2-Form the Pipe
- Pipe is cold formed in hydraulic press

- Step 3-Machine the Pipe
- Formed parts are CNC machined as necessary
- Step 4-Make a Housing
- Parts are welded on robot

- Step 5-Clean it up
- Valve body is shot blasted to remove welding residue and give the unit a matte finish
- Step 6-Assemble the Subcomponents
- Checks are assembled
- Relief valve is assembled
- Bypass is assembled

- Step 7-Final Assembly
- Body, checks and accessories are brought together
|
 |
- Step 8-Test
- Valve has a hydro test, backpressure, check differentials and RV opening point
- After the valve passes test it is labeled with it's unique serial number

 |
- Step 9-Crate
- Unit is crated for delivery
